Can't log into account

I can't log into my account, after the logging this message:

 We’re sorry that you're unable to log in to Your Account at the moment.

 I tried to call the customer service but after 20 minutes wait nothing. The Support chat is same: All agents are busy. Incredible!!!!

I've tested this for my account and it works fine so it's not a wider problem. Could you please answer the following questions:-

 

How long has it been like this for?

Have you tried a different device?

Have you tried a difference browser?
