Can anyone explain why is my phone suspended, even that i spoken with virgin media customer support yesterday and provided all payments that they asked for? even 789 number is not working, keeps saying that call on 789 at any time....
if your account has been suspended. Once the full balance has been paid, then services should resume within 24 hours.
You say "yesterday", are you over the 24 hours?
If so you will need to use another phone to call customer services on 0345 6000 789.
Or try web-chat : Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Your account > Chat online.
The advisors are usually busy though so you may not get connected straight away.(Keep the page open and just refresh it every few minutes).
