Can't activate my new sim

Hi

I have received a new sim. I am supposed to pop it in my phone, call 222, hang up and wait 20min. But as I don't have any service network when I pop my sim in my phone, I can't call 222 and my sim is still not activated.

Does this already happened to someone? Could you help?

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with the service on the phone. I want to get this all sorted for you.

 

Are you able to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so we can get this all sorted?

 

The team will be able to activate the sim for you and it'll be up and running as soon as possible.

To activate the sim

FROM THE OLD PHONE AND SIM,

1. Create a text message
2. To the sender type in 789678
3. the message content as : READY

You will receive a text back saying the request has been successful

If you don't have the old sim card then call us to activate it Smiley Happy
