Can't access online account

Hi,
I'm with virgin for my mobile and home phone etc. I have had my mobile number for years and can't remember if I registered online or not. I tried to use the lost password etc function and the page just refreshes and does nothing as does the page when you try to register a new account, I put my number in and the just reloads. I'm feeling a bit stuck!

That worked! I didn't even think to try as it was working literally just before I tried as my partner was using it for his account Smiley Happy
