Can't access my mobile account

i am in Spain and unable to use smart call.

i tried to access my account and I was told there was no account although I register a long time ago. I tried to re register and was ask for a security answer but no security question was asked. How can I get onto my account or use smart call like I have before. I tried to phone virgin and was told it would cost £2,!,!

SmartCall is no longer available. It closed on the 28th April
