Can't access my account.

Hello,

I am trying to access my Virgin Mobile account. I know my password but it says that it is not right. So then I click forget my password. I enter my email address and my Virgin Mobile Phone Number. Then it says "Oops! That wasn't quite right. Please try again."

Please can someone help me ASAP!
