Re: Can't access Website page - change my plan PAYG.

Hi Zjman,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear you're unable to change your tariff via your online account.

I'm not aware of any issues with our website currently. Are you still getting this error?

If you want to change your plan you can also call 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other line.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks

Re: Can't access Website page - change my plan PAYG.

I had the same problem on Friday, both on the web and through the mobile number. Customer services could not change my plan and told me to try again the next day. The web still gives me the oops message. This is not a good impression for a new customer.

Re: Can't access Website page - change my plan PAYG.

SAme issue here with PAYG tarriff. Want to change tarriff before topping up. But see now this has been going on for at least a couple of weeks. If it drags over the end of the month I'll miss the bonus from the top up for the new tarriff for September.

Oh well, balance is almost zero. Time to ditch I guess.
