I recently made a payment and was told I would be reconnected within 24 hours, that was close to 1 month ago.
Since then I have not been able to make calls or send text messages. However I can receive both.
Looking through my online account, everything seems to be in order.
Any help would be appreciated.
When calling 789 I get an automated message saying "Calls to this number are barred from your phone", which is odd.

I sincerely apologise for your phone not being reconnected after all this time. 1 month is certainly way too long for your phone to be off.
Are you able to get to another phone? The number you can call from that is 0345 6000 789. The team will be able to assist you further on this matter.
