Can I keep my Pay as you go credit if I get a new phone

I have a Nokia mobile phone which is 10 years old but is starting to give problems. I want to keep my number and I also have pay as you go credit on my Virgin Sim card. I assume, maybe incorrectly, that I shall be able to use the same Sim and therefore same number, but what about my credit?

Re: Can I keep my Pay as you go credit if I get a new phone

Hi,

if you buy a new Virgin p.a.y.g phone you will be able to continue to use your same SIM (with same number & credit) in your new phone.

If your new phone takes a different size SIM (Micro or Nano), no problem Virgin will give you a new one (again with same number & credit)
