Calls to a standard landline being charge as a Premium Text

I recently signed up for a "Virgin Media Mobile Phone Monthly Contract" and I don't know why adding +44 to any standard Landline or Mobile Phone number I have included in the Mobile Phone's Address Book would causes it to be billed as though its a Premium Rate Text when dialled.

Re: Calls to a standard landline being charge as a Premium Text

Hi JohnAndrewDavis,

Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing calls being charged as a premium text. This is certainly not the start we'd have wanted for you.

Looking at another post here it's suggested by my colleague Stephen_B there are a few individual issues which can be rectified. I urge you to follow the advice given so we can get this looked at for you.

I hope this helps. Please let me know how you get on.

Thanks

Re: Calls to a standard landline being charge as a Premium Text

Hi Rich_B

Thank you for your reply.

I have spoken to Virgin Mobile Customer Services again about the two Premium Text messages, which were still showing on my 2nd Bill, even though the amount had been taken off my first DD payment, by the Customer Service last month.
