I can now phone a Plusnet number beginning 074 again after weeks of the call being barred.
I still plan to leave Virgin mobile though because there is no guarantee that the same thing will not happen again in the future. More importantly, Virgin's handling of this issue has been appalling. Good customer service counts for a lot and that seems to be something Virgin has forgotten.
As a virtual network, issues like that can pop up now and again, and we always aim to try and keep impact to our customers to a minimum, but with that in mind I can completely understand how frustrating this can be.
We wouldn’t like to think that you feel that you have to leave us, and I’m truly sorry that the customer service support you received wasn’t good for you, I will feed this into the business.
