I can appreciate you enjoy the service they provide and want to keep using this. Since I've worked at Virgin (some 3 years) call forwarding has never been a service provided through us. If T-Mobile can then this would speculate it's an agreement we have.
I can forward this request on but cannot guarantee this will change - it's certainly worth doing.
Hi I just move my account to virgin and am horrified that there is no call forwarding or that I can't use HulloMail. I moved from utilitywarehouse who also use T-mobile and it worked fine for them. 3 months seems like long enough for Virgin to make a decision on this especially since comments about this issue go back to 2011. I intend to cancel my contract and move back as I can't see why it should be so much hassle. You should advise iPhone users of the limitations imposed by your network up front so we don't waste time and effort changing.
