Just learned that Virgin 'doesn't support' call forwarding, i.e. forwarding calls to another phone. Is this true ? Why ?
I'm off on a business trip and don't want to carry 2 phones so I planned - as I did with my previous provider - to forward my personal calls to my work phone while I'm away.
Virgin piggybacks on EE, EE supports call forwarding so why not Virgin ? :-(
Is it a financial issue or some form of technical hiccup ?
Tried talking to Virgin CS - may as well have talked to the wall, useless :-(
Virgin started as a payg only service and never had call forwarding and is unlikely to, no 4G service, and other irritating service issues and ommisions
