my services have been suspended i paid my bill 42 hours ago and virgim mobile still havnt reinstated my services and every time i call them they tell me a different story i am really thinking about just cancelling my monthly contract with them not just the mobile all my services i pay for from them (Tv,phone,broadband, and 2 mobile contracts) .
can someone tell me who would be the best person to make a complaint to about virginmobile ?????
Had the same issues every time I was cut off." It will take 24 to 48 hours to reconnect your service" . Got the wife to give them grief and it was back within 10 minutes. They are quick enough to disconnect but rip the **bleep** out of reconnection. How hard is it to press a button. What I am trying to say is call them back and demand you get connected and don't take any of their **bleep**.
