I'm in Canada at the moment and want to buy data for use in France next week.
I spoke to a Virgin rep in the UK yesterday and he said he would add the 250MB to my account but I have seen no acknowledgement, or evidence on my PAYG account that that happened.
I tried several times today to text 23456 and buy 250Mb of data for our trip to France next week.
I got several responses saying "Whoops ! Looks like we couldn't process that. To get help call 44 795 396 7969"
But finally I received a response " Thanks your 250MB travel pass is now active"
Problem is I can't see any reference to that in my online PAYG account. And I can't test that I have data, presumably because I am in Canada. How/where can I verify that I have paid for the data and that it will be available when I get to France.
