Thanks for keeping us updated. I appreciate your frustration with this.
Even though it shows active on the website it may not be live on the EE platform. There's something you can try your end if you're not willing to call the team.
If it shows it's turned on then please turn it off. You will be presented with a message in green. You'll need to wait 2-24 hours for this to be successful. Then you repeat the process to turn it back on again waiting a further 2-24 hours.
I know this may be tedious but it'll update it on EE's side again and hopefully start working for you.
