There are other ways you can check your refresh date. If you have a compatible device then you can download our app. All information can be found here. You can also check your refresh date by logging in to your online account here (Click on 'Billing' tab).
I appreciate your query relates to it not being renewed but thought these other ways may produce an accurate date. I'm thinking maybe the text message isn't producing the correct one for some reason which would be strange.
