Bundle not renewed

Why is it when you receive 2 texts stating that your bundle will be renewed on a set date, is it that Virgin Mobile :

1 Do not renew it.

2 Claim it is not possible

3 Send you back to the start menu half way through discussing the above?

Hi,

I think that you would be best calling to speak to one of the Virgin mobile team on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to get this looked into.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. So sorry to hear there's some confusion over when your bundle should be renewed.

 

There are other ways you can check your refresh date. If you have a compatible device then you can download our app. All information can be found here. You can also check your refresh date by logging in to your online account here (Click on 'Billing' tab).

 

I appreciate your query relates to it not being renewed but thought these other ways may produce an accurate date. I'm thinking maybe the text message isn't producing the correct one for some reason which would be strange.
