I took out a Virgin Sim only plan months ago now, I was informed that my sim is 4G, now my problem is when I'm out and about viewing videos on FB or on YouTube, it constantly buffers. I've tried calling technical support but I'm on hold for that long I terminate the call... Any ideas guys. Btw my area is Seacroft in Leeds if anyone from Virgin wants to know.
