Phone broke so sent it back for repair. Just over 2 weeks later we finally got it back only to find the replacement didn't work well either.
Replacement has now been returned for 1 week.
Just called in but the lady was struggling to find the details and got confused, told us we would get a response in 4-5 working days which will mean it is another 2 weeks. No other info available.
This service is appalling. Why send someone a faulty phone?! And to not be able to give any info on what is happening with the repair...great...
No working phone now for over a month meaning we are getting by on a very old one we had that doesn't work well either. It is not acceptable!
