Got my handset on the 27th april. It's now randomly turning off, the volume button (down) switched the screen off.
Disappointed with this obviously. My question is will it be replaced (as under 3 weeks old) or is a repair the only option??

Are you having a handset swap? As in the delivery driver would take your handset and give you a new one straight away.
Yes, handset swap is what I was told would happen.
I wasn't giving tracking information or anything.
Can you not even check it has been sent to yodel ( or whoever) by virgin?

We don't have access to mobile accounts so won't be able to track any delivery or see any notes relating to this.
Best option is to call 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. The team will definitely be able to help on this matter.
