Blocked phone/Internal Server Error/No free Customer advisors online

So I can't pay my bill to virgin media, because they blocked their free number (789) from my phone, their website is giving me error 500 ( internal server error - (we have lots of money, but not for our web)). And I've been waiting for their customer service advisers online for a week already. Getting held hostage with no means to contact them, feels bad man. What am I supposed to do? Spend my free time trying to get in touch with their mobile team online? I've tried that. Pay online? Internal Server error. Have a rant on forums? Hell yeah.

We say we want your money, but it's all a lie, we want you to suffer... a lot.

Ring 0345 6000 789  - that will get you through to Customer Services.

Website has been playing up for a week - other things associated with it for months

Sorry, we are mainly customers here. Only trying to be helpful and suggest an alternative to get you round the problem. 

And the mods on here can't help with accounts

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I deeply apologise for not being able to get in touch with us to pay your bill. As enlli mentioned, we don't deal with billing queries via the forum.

 

You can call the team on 789 from any Virgin Mobile (if you know someone who has one), 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

 

We've had one or two issues with our website recently but this has been resolved as I can now log in fine. Log into your online account and follow these steps:-

Payments > Make a payment
