Blocked phone/Internal Server Error/No free Customer advisors online
So I can't pay my bill to virgin media, because they blocked their free number (789) from my phone, their website is giving me error 500 ( internal server error - (we have lots of money, but not for our web)). And I've been waiting for their customer service advisers online for a week already. Getting held hostage with no means to contact them, feels bad man. What am I supposed to do? Spend my free time trying to get in touch with their mobile team online? I've tried that. Pay online? Internal Server error. Have a rant on forums? Hell yeah.
We say we want your money, but it's all a lie, we want you to suffer... a lot.
