Email on my Blackberry Curve has not worked since August! Have tried all the troubleshooting advice I can find, and have tried speaking to Virgin help people several times. Last time I was told only a reset to factory settings would solve it, but it still says there's a problem with the server (and I've lost all my precious contacts.) I've still been paying on a monthly basis for no service until new year - have finally given up. This is my last chance!
