When I first joined Virgin Mobile I purchased Blackberry 9320 (way back in 2013). I have since upgraded to a different Virgin phone and decided that I would like to use the Blackberry on another network.
I've contacted Virgin Mobile customer services and they gave me an unlock code, but that doesn't appear to work and now I only have 2 MEP tries left. This is after trying different combinations with customer services.
Obviously I'm concerned that if I get to 0 on the MEP then the phone is effectively bricked.
