Hi, i may have to pay my mobile bill late and I just wanted to know if my virgin mobile account is attached to my virgin media tv, internet account or are they separate? If I had to pay my mobile bill late I'm worried my main package would be cut off.

They are billed separately, they are very likely to cut off the mobile until the bill is paid but not the media stuff if that's paid

When you do pay the mobile bill you'll need to call and resthe direct debit as it will be suspended, after payment it's around 24 hours for the service to be restored after payment made and DD is make active
