Billing email

I've changed my email from ntl to gmail but am still receiving my bills to the ntl email address, I've logged on and it's deffo been changed but bills are coming to the wrong address, this email will soon be cancelled so how will I get my bills??? Another Virgin issue to go along with all the others (heavy sigh!)
