I cancelled my 30 day rolling sim & paid my final £10 for the last 30 days & those have passed. I have just been billed another £3.71 for what? & I cannot access my mobile account.

As you might guess - no email link, call on 0345 6000 789 or write in, i'd call to get it sorted before it it taken from your bank.
