Being charged £2 per tx and not being notified .

I've just noticed through my bill that i've been charged for a tx that keeps being sent to my mobile .

This has been going on since Dec 2015 .

I'm getting 2-3 a month & only just noticed . Tried calling customer services but none the wiser .

How do i cancel & Can i claim this money back ? .

It sounds like you may be a victim of a premium rate text scam. As mentioned above, share the number. The general way to top out of those scams is to reply to the message with either STOP or STOPALL

If that doesn't help, Google the company and find their website to get to their opt out instruction page

Re: Being charged £2 per tx & not being notified .

Hi again , the number is 700044031, this number comes on my bill ,

Another number comes on my phone 60447 .

Tried customer services & they gave me a number for customer care ( keep hitting a brick wall on that 1 ) ,

Always get a answer machine then tx's to score 1-5 for the advisor performance ..............

This is Vivalavoucher service
you need to send STOP to 60447 and then request a refund - go to the Viva La Voucher website and you will see a phone number an address and an email address
