Being billed for a PAYG when my account has not been used???
I just received a bill for £13.12, witch doesn't make much sense since this is PAYG. If this was a result of me using more than i had i could understand(even though ive stopped using the phone since the 31 of august) but when i looked at my account it says it tells me i haven't used anything that would cost me money. So my question is where did this magical £13.12 come from and why am i being charged.
