Awful start!

My wife has just transferred her number to virgin on a sum only plan.

The mobile data is not working. Phone works 100% on another sim card. Useless support in live chat and pointless photos we calls later.

What do we have to do to fix this¿ also what compensation are you able to offer

Did you check the APN settings to make sure they are set to Virgin with the correct settings?

Yep... Another virgin, Vodafone and ee sim straight away working
