Awful roaming service

Contacted virgin before travelling to france to set up roaming. they did it. Got here . No service. Called twice , turns out they forgot. Now it will take 24 hours to set up. I have no phone....24 hours later....Now rung them back as it still wont work. They now say they cant fix any problems till end of the week....Just awful

Check on your web account if roaming is active, switch off and back on, see if it connects, also ensure premium rate calls are enabled and that roaming is active on the phone as well, its in settings
