Can anyone advise me as i'm totally fed up with phoning virgin and getting the same "textbook responses". My wifes phone is faulty and ive been awaiting the packaging to return it for 5 weeks now, phoning every week and being told the same story, "it must be royal mails fault!" So i have a phone i can't use, i've had to buy another phone in order to use the sim and customer service say i have no claim for any compensation or reimbursement. Who can i contact to get some action, i'm a new customer and i'm considering just paying the contract off i'm that fed up

Sadly Virgin hold all the cards.
I would call 789 again politely stat the ongoing issue and ask the get a management call back. The agent should be able to check on the date and full address the package went out, and if it's over about 10 days just get it resent.
despite this I would still request a cal back and ask for some compo.
