Are you currently a Virgin Media Mobile customer wanting to use your UK phone in Australia, or a Virgin Mobile Australia customer trying to use your phone in the UK?

i am a UK national in Australia/NZ trying to use myVirgin Uk phone here. When searching for networks, no Virgin option appears.
Honestly a waste of time bringing the mobile with me.
have you tried manually selecting any/all of those networks which do appear in a search?

Yes I have tried manually to access the following without success:
Vodafone and 2 degrees and Spark
i had contacted Virgin UK before I travelled and they gave no indication that no network coverage was available.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to connect to a network while abroad in Australia. Has this been sorted out for you now?

Of course it has not been resolved but thanks for asking.
It will not be an issue in the future as I am cancelling my Virgin contract.
