Applied for new mobile contract

Glitch in system?? Am I getting the contract or not? No contact in 5 days after the promise of a response in 24 hours

Virgin make false promises and this "glitch" has been going on for months now!

You could try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you.
