Appalled!!! Not even started with Virgin Mobile and I can't even find my SIM card with Yodel

I'm not even with Virgin Mobile yet and I can't even find out where my SIM card is!!!! I've got a reference number and being charged 7p per minute to be told by an automated system with Yodel that they can't find my package is not on!!! If the service is this bad before I start what's going to be like when I get my number transferred! Why use Yodel when you have so many complaints about them!!!! I'm not happy and now I'm in two minds whether to come to this network. One of the reasons I want to change networks is that you offer a good value £10 Pay as You Go, but I'm beginning to think otherwise.
