Answer phone

After porting my number to myvirgin mobile , I can't get the ancwer phone to work , it keeps saying ' all numbers are bared '
Can anyone help ?

Hi Rurhday,

 

call customer services on 789 from your mobile.

Ask them to reset your voicemail.

Once they have done that, click on this link and follow the instruction: How do I set up voicemail?

Welcome to the Virgin Community, I'm sorry to learn about the trouble you're getting in accessing your Voicemail at the moment.

 

As Alex has mentioned, I'd re-set up your voicemail platform to give it the best chance of working after a number port. If you're still getting the same problem then let us know and we'll look to escalate things form our end for you.
