Allowance Reset

Hi.
I had my phone bill debited from my account today, as expected, and I was wondering how do I find out when my tariff allowances reset for the new pay period?

I ask because I had to factory reset my phone (Nokia Lumia 735 - urgh) this morning due to having no space and the app not letting me delete from the "others" folder in Storage Sense. I would like to know when it resets so I don't got over my allocated usage.

Hey xxCharlieCxx,

To my understanding and from my own experiences, my tariff refreshes at a different date to my DD being billed.

I'm assuming you already have a mobile virgin media account, so last time I checked; when you have logged in there should be a section which allows you to see your current bill. Just above this it should say something as to when your tariff resets. I rarely access this page so it could of changed.

If this is the case, you can always download the My Account app from the Apple App Store, not sure if it is available on Android.

Thank you, I've accessed my bills and cannot find the bit where it tells you the reset day. Unless I'm completely missing it, I think it's disappeared.
I can't get the app I don't think, Windows phones don't get anything! Haha.
