I on a tariff 100mins 1000 texts 1 GB data £15 a month thought I d topped up £10 last night didn't go through phone died now go to switch provider for a month as I will get ripped off by Virgin how annoying been with you over 15 years

If not, it would be great if you could give them a call on 789 from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other line. Choose option 1 on the main menu and then an agent will be able to support you further with this.
