After 6 months I still have no mobile service for which I have paid. WHY ?
Around six months ago a direct debit was returned. The funds were in the bank. I got my bank to print out my statement showing this and went to the shop in Sauchiehall street in Glasgow.
The guy in the shop had no answers.
I paid the outstanding month by card and brought the account up to date.
My service on that number has NEVER BEEN RE-INSTATED.
This has caused loss of earnings of around 5 THOUSAND pounds as customers were unable to reach me.
I have raised the issue with your 'customer services' who are utterly useless.
Condescending, rude, arrogant and totally and utterly useless.
On theses grounds I have terminated the contract for which I WIL NOT BE LIABLE AS I HAVE NOT HAD MOBILE SERVICE FOR SIX MONTHS FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID.
I am giving you this opportunity to explain this and possibly redeem yourselves, I think it has passed that though.
I am compiling all evidence to substantiate the lawsuit I will be filing with my lawyer and contacting OFCOM regarding the manner in which you dela with your customers and your failure to provide the service for which I HAVE PAID FOR.
SO, this is your chance.
