Adding a new VM PAYG number to my mobile account hub
I currently have two numbers on contract with VM which I can view in my mobile account hub. I manage these quite well without needing to bother the 789 team.
Last year, VM sent me a new PAYG SIM which I did not need to manage online at the time. Now I do as I may want to change it to a contract one. So I tried to add it to my mobile account hub. Said I couldn't and to contact 789 to do it for me.
Rang 789, told them what I wanted to do, had three 'chats' with three different departments (26 minute call) - the last guy seemed to understand and said that I will now be able to manage all three numbers from my mobile hub with one login.
Except that I still can't..........................
