Activating new replacement sim

Hi

I lost my phone last week so I got the sim blocked and a replacement sim sent out with the same number. I've received the sim but can't figure out how to activate it. The leaflet that came with my replacement sim says to either text READY to 789678 from the old sim (however I don't have the old sim to do this) or visit virginmobile.co.uk/activate. I've visited this address which then tells me to log in to my virgin account and go on 'plan and device.' I've been on this tab but can;t find anything to do with activating my replacement sim.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

As you have no working phone I would suggest ringing 0345 6000 789 from another, or dialing 150 if you have a Virgin landline

It will be quicker than live chat which is constantly busy
