Hi I just switched to Virgin Mobile from O2 and I am now trying to activate my new sim - the problem I have is that the website is asking for a security answer without telling me the question. It took 2&1/2 weeks to receive the sim so I'm not sure what answer I gave. And I can't ring virgin as my sim is not activated yet! Any help would be much appreciated
