I'm deeply sorry your mobile account has been suspended despite your bills being up to date. This is obviously not nice as you can't contact friends or family.
I'm not sure why this keeps happening for you. Please call the team on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and they'll be able to investigate the reasons for this.
They may be able to organise a loss of service refund for you too depending on the circumstances.
