Account Suspended - No use of 789 or 150

Hi there,

I really don't understand why my account is up to date and yet still suspended more than a week later. The contact numbers 789 or 150 don't work (this is the only phone I have access to), no chat available (even though it's recommended as a means of contact by Virgin !?!?), and no way to Email. Come on!

If Virgin want their customers to rectify their accounts, they need to be able to do it!

So frustrating...

Sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with your account. So we can get this all sorted, are you able to call us on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone?

The account team will be able to amend this and fix it for you in a matter of minutes.
