Abroad no coverage or able to log in

Hi

I'm currently abroad in USA and cannot get a signal. On top of this, Virgin are not recognising my account details, email, phone number or even name and postcode?!

The only way I can see to contact them is phone (I have no signal) or write (not that practical considering I'm traveling). Does anyone have an email address I can contact them on?

Hi jellyv3,

 

unfortunately Virgin don't have an email address.

you could try web-chat: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Help with your mobile > Chat online.

The advisors seem always busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(If you can use a laptop, just keep the page open and refresh it every few minutes).

 

Or if you can borrow a phone to call Virgin Mobile. Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967
