Sorry to hear you have had problems regarding a contract phone
if you have been declined , which I assume is what you mean then the decision would have to through the underwriting team . They are the only team within Virgin that can tell you the reason for the decline.
Unfortunately the time of being a Virgin customer doesn't impact the outcome of a credit check that we do in a positive or negative way
