About been declared for a mobile phone contract

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE IM SO DISSAPPIONTED I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT PHONE AND WAS REFUSED I Have Been A CUSTOMER FOR 4 years and never missed a payment can someone tell me how to make a complaint please thanks

Sorry to hear you have had problems regarding a contract phone

if you have been declined , which I assume is what you mean then the decision would have to through the underwriting team . They are the only team within Virgin that can tell you the reason for the decline.

Unfortunately the time of being a Virgin customer doesn't impact the outcome of a credit check that we do in a positive or negative way
