Since 5th November 2017, I have been unable to get my remaining balance on my mobile phone using this text service.
On 6th November I got a message saying that the services were being updated, try again tomorrow.
From the 7th November each time I text sending the message 'Balance' the kessage I receive is 'Oops! Looks like you've entered those keywords incorrectly. Need a hand? Visit our website at ....'
Why is this?
Can anyone advise me?
