4G sim activation

Hi, I received my replacement 4G sim about two weeks ago and it still has not been activated despite me sending the READY message twice and checking the Plan and device section in my account which has just been saying "Hold fire! We're just activating your SIM card
It should be working in a few moments."
I have yet to call the CS number, is this something you can fix from here?
Thankfully my old sim still works.

Hi Nrxrcst13,

 

this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

As such issues with accounts or SIM activation cannot really be helped by other users.

You would be best advised to call and speak to a member of the customer service team.

Free call 789 from your working Virgin mobile SIM/phone.
