4G Virgin - False Promises

4G Virgin - false promises

I am completely and utterly fed up with Virgin and the false promises about when 4G will be available.

I have been promised call backs - never recieved one !

I have been promised a new Simm card that you need to get 4G never received one !

It's been going on and on for months and months had enough.

Need truth and honesty from Virgin never received so far.

Re: 4G Virgin - False Promises

Hi J0hn,

4G was launched this morning. You'll need to order a new SIM card but that will be ordered for you as part of the process. Log into your online account to check out the tariffs.

Re: 4G Virgin - False Promises

Yes, however it's only new tariffs as far as I can see, unless you've seen different?

Re: 4G Virgin - False Promises

i am not a Virgin Media customer service agent

why do you think this i know most of the stuff about tech then other people around even some virgin media staff on the phone don't know about and you have to think about some 4g signals are mainly runs off EE network and virgin moblie runs off it.

Re: 4G Virgin - False Promises

New Tariffs slightly higher than 3G but only 88p more for me to get hopefully faster speeds (crap signal most of time here in long while) and extra calls/data per month so not a big deal.

Re: 4G Virgin - False Promises

Still a second rate service capped at 25 Mbps max, that means below 20 in real terms.

However far far better than a third rate service on 3G
