4G SIM Change over

Hi I received the 4G SIM a few days ago... I followed instructions to the letter, added the access code, I can access everything but the actual Phone and texts... I waited over night as I saw a message that said it could take 24 hours...
No idea what to do, have tried everything... Can you help please?
I am disabled and have to carry the phone with me in the house...

Anticipatory thanks...

Re: 4G SIM Change over

I have found the 4G network to be a touch unreliable. I have 3G 4G switching on my phone and I have used it to many times because of NO signal on 4G.

I am also disabled and my phone is more than a phone, its an essential piece of equipment for my safety.

will have to seriously rethink my phone with virgin mobile after many years of reliable service, something seems to have changed for the worse.

Some people need there phone for safety and not for social media..
