3G slow

Lateley my virgin pay as you go 3G internet is so poor I can't do a thing other then browse websites.... why is this so?
Last month with virgin for me after 6 or so years

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues with your 3G mobile data connection. Has this been sorted out for you?

If the mobile data connection speed is slow every time you connect to your mobile data, then we need to look into what's causing this--more specifically:

I also recommend trying your SIM card in a different handset if you are able to in order to rule out a handset fault first. Please let me know how these checks go for you. If all of these do not make a difference, we will need to look into replacing your SIM card.
